We'll start off this week with a little bad news. Heavy rock band, BLACKLINE, will be disbanding following their final live on December 16. The breakup announcement was first spotted on Mikaru's Facebook where he expressed regret and a continuing love for BLACKLINE and its members and just after, he made the promise that his solo project G.L.A.M.S. is forever. He seems pretty bummed out about the whole deal, so make sure to pop over to his Facebook and send him messages of support.
GOTCHAROCKA will be releasing a live DVD of their September performance at AiiA Theatre Tokyo on November 26. The release will include two DVDs, 21 tracks and documentary footage. GOTCHAROCKA will go on to tour through Japan starting in December on their winter tour titled "CHASE!" and will hold their final live on January 12 at Shinjuku ReNY.
Still crying over Minase's departure from D=OUT? Well, here's a little something to lift your spirits. The band announced this week that they will be releasing Minase's final live on DVD. Titled 【絆-kiz[U]na-】TOUR’14「我が全身全霊ハ永久ニ不滅ナリ」 the DVD will contain footage from their September 23 live and Shibuya Public hall and is scheduled for release December 3.
So, here's a cool thing. TRIGGAH, CARDIA, and the 3rd Birthday will be putting out a six-track coupling CD. The CD will include six tracks, three of which are mutual covers. That's right. TRIGGAH covering the 3rd Birthday, the 3rd Birthday covering Cardia and and Cardia covering TRIGGAH. These sorts of releases are always a ton of fun and it's only available during their three-man tour, so make sure to pick one up if you go!
