Anime North Update: Only 300 Saturday Passes Left!

There are now less than 300 Saturday-only admissions left for Anime North 2014. At this point, it doesn't look like there will be any Saturday admissions available at the door. If you wish to come on Saturday, we highly suggest that you get yours now.

Also, there are still plenty Friday and Sunday admissions available for pre-registration until midnight, May 18, and at the door.

Don't forget, Saturday is concert night with Rose Noire and DaizyStripper!!! Get your pass NOW!

Well known in Japan as the only flugelhorn player as well as a jazz singer, TOKU has also collaborated with several world renowned artists such as Hank Jones, Cyndi Lauper, Billy Hart, Eddie Gomez, David Kikoski, Toshinobu Kubota, Miki Imai, Maki Oguro, EXILE, and ZEEBRA. He makes a rare appearance at Kinokuniya Bookstore where he discusses his musical background and sings a few songs from his repertoire. Meet TOKU in person and sample his unique blend of Jazz and pop music.

PV Analysis: Nocturnal Bloodlust - 'Desperate'

Comprised of Hiro (vocals), Cazqui (7-string), Daichi (guitar), Masa (bass/vocals) and Natsu (drums), Nocturnal Bloodlust is a deathcore/metalcore visual kei band formed in September 2009. Their first mini-album Ivy was released in January of 2012, and their singles catalogue features 8 entries with a ninth due out by the end of the month. The video for their current release ‘Desperate’ features some brutal imagery that suitably illustrates the tone and content of the track.
